# How do I change my email or password?


### How do I change my email or password?
You can update your email address or password at any time through your account settings.

### Accessing your security settings
1. Go to **Settings**
2. Open the **Security** tab 
On this page, you can manage your **sign-in methods** and account security options.

### Managing Sign-in methods
You can connect multiple sign-in methods to your account, including:
* Email (standard email + password)
* Google
* Apple
* Discord
* X (formerly Twitter)
You can also **disconnect any sign-in method** at any time from this page.

### How to change your email
1. Go to the Sign-in & Account safety section
2. Click on "Update Email"
3. Enter your new email address

**To complete the change:**
1. You must confirm the request from **both email addresses**:
* Your **current** email
* Your **new** email
1. Check both inboxes and click on the confirmation links provided

### How to change your password
1. Go to the Sign-in & Account safety section
2. Enter your new password
3. Re-enter it to confirm

**You will then:**
* Receive a one-time verification code (OTP) via email
* Copy-paste it on the site to confirm your new password

### Managing active sessions
From the Security page, you can also manage your active sessions:
* **Sign out of all sessions** (you will need to log in again everywhere)
* **Sign out of all other sessions** except your current one
This is useful if you want to secure your account or log out from other devices you no longer have access to.

### __Important information__
For **security and privacy reasons**, our Customer Support team **cannot**:
* Change your email or password for you
* Connect or disconnect sign-in methods on your behalf
* Manually sign out of sessions 
These actions can only be performed by you through your **Settings.**

If you no longer have access to:
* Your email address, or
* Your login methods
**We will __not__ be able to assist in recovering or modifying your account.**
