# I'm not receiving my verification code (OTP)!

### Not receiving the verification code (OTP)?

If you're not receiving your code, try the following:
* Check your **spam/junk** and **promotions** folders
* Make sure your **inbox is not full**
* Confirm that emails from [**support@janitorai.com**]() are not blocked or filtered
* Wait a few minutes and **try again**, as delivery may be delayed
* Try again using a **different browser or device**
* Ensure you are checking the **correct email address** linked to your account

|| Our customer support is unable to manually deliver new verification codes, as the process is fully automated.
