What It Means:

This error generally indicates an issue with your login session, authentication token, or network configuration. It may be caused by cookies not refreshing properly, browser-related bugs, or access being blocked via IP.

Tech Support Steps:

Step 1:

Log out and then log back in. Please make sure you know your account login info before attempting this.

Step 2:

Open Janitor in an incognito/private window and try again.

Step 3:

Try a different browser (such as Brave, Opera, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

Step 4:

Clear your browser cache & cookies.

⚠️ Important: This will log you out, so if you do not remember your login credentials, we recommend skipping this step.

Step 5:

If the issue persists, use a VPN.

Example: Proton VPN is a good free option.
