Does JanitorAI have a subscription plan?

Yes! We have a premium subscription called Janitor+!

What does Janitor+ include?

Janitor+ gives you everything you currently have in our free tier, plus:

• 5x more context for better memory
• Priority access for faster replies
• Monthly swipes with our best models
• A golden username and checkmark next to your name
• Comment react emojis

What is included in the free tier?

Our free tier remains as you always knew it! It includes:

• Unlimited chats with millions of bots
• Access to standard chat models
• Context limit of around 9k tokens

Will the free disappear?

No. We will always keep a free option available for everyone.

How can I cancel my subscription?

On web:

• Go to your settings
• Select "Billing"
• Select "Manage Subscription"
• You'll be redirected to the Stripe Billing page, where you can cancel anytime

On iOS or Android (App):

• The App Store (iOS)
• Google Play (Android)

⚠️ App-based subscriptions cannot be canceled from the web.

Will JanitorAI have access to my card details?

No. All payments are securely handled by Stripe.
We do not see or store your card information.

Where can I get help with my subscription or billing issues?

If you experience any issues with your subscription or payments, contact our billing support at: billing@janitorai.com; make sure to include the email associated with your account so that we can locate your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by our Terms of Service or applicable law.
