My account was banned

What can you do?

If you were banned from our site, you can request for a ban appeal.

First, it is crucial that you make absolutely sure your account was banned, as some technical issues often get mistaken as a ban, and can be resolved without our intervention.

The issues that mainly get mistaken as bans are the following:

A "blocked" text showing up on your bots

This isn't a moderation action. This simply means that you blocked a tag or word and used it on your own bot, which will block your own bot and prevent you of seeing it correctly. To fix this, head over to My blocks and make sure to remove any tag you might have used on your bot from the list.

This is a Cloudflare issue. You can resolve it by consulting this article: Troubleshooting Cloudflare Issues

If your account was indeed banned, here's how to request for an appeal:

  1. Make sure your account is banned, and that it's not a technical issue.
  2. If your account is banned, open the chat, and type "Get me to a human."
  3. Wait for the bot to send you the Get me to a human! button, and click it.
  4. Select Appeal your site ban.
  5. Send us both your exact username, and your profile link.
  6. If you know the reason of your ban, you can write us an appeal message.

Our Customer Support team will review your request, and communicate you their decision, letting you know if it was either accepted or rejected.

What if my ban appeal was rejected?

If your ban appeal was rejected, the decision is final. Our Customer Support team will not review it a second time.
