Missing OTP (One-Time-Passcode)

If you're not receiving your OTP code when requesting it:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder — Sometimes the email may be filtered there.



  1. If it's not found, add 
no-reply@janitorai.com
  1. to your email contacts or safe sender list.



  1. Once added, try requesting the OTP code again.



This helps ensure that future emails from us are delivered properly.
