My account was banned
What can you do?
If your account has been banned from our site, you may submit a ban appeal.
Before doing so, it's important to confirm that your account is actually banned. Some technical issues are often mistaken for bans and can be resolved without contacting support.
Issues commonly mistaken for bans:
1. A "blocked" text showing up on your bots
This is not a moderation action.
It means you have blocked a tag of word that is also used on your own bot. As a result, your bot appears blocked to you.
How to fix it:
- Go to your settings
- Select "Blocks"
- Click on "Blocked tags"
- Remove any tags or words used on your bot

2. "Access Restricted page"
This is a Cloudflare-realed issue, not a ban.
How to fix it:
- Refer to the Cloudflare troubleshooting guide for steps to resolve the issue

How to submit a ban appeal
If you've confirmed that your account is banned, follow these steps:
- Click the "raise a ticket" button at the bottom of the helpdesk page
- Fill out the form, and select Account Support
- Provide: your exact username or your profile link
- (Optional) if you know why you were banned, include an appeal message
Our Customer Support team will review your request and inform you whether your appeal has been accepted or rejected.
Important note
Ban appeals must be submitted through one of the following methods:
- The "Raise a ticket" option, or
- Email: support@janitorai.com
You are required to provide:
- Your **exact username **and/or
- Your profile link
If this information is missing, we will not **be able to process your appeal, and your ticket **may be closed without a response. You are free to reopen a new ticket if you have received no response, or to include new messages in the same ticket if you believe you did not include the correct information.
What if my ban appeal is rejected?
If your ban appeal was rejected, the decision is final.
Our Customer Support team will not review it a second time, and any following tickets will be closed without a response.
