How do I delete my account?

How to delete your account

To delete your account, follow these steps:

Go to Settings
Open the Security tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click on "Delete account"
Follow the on-screen instructions

As part of the process, you will receive a 6-digit one time verification code (OTP)

You must enter this code to confirm and complete your account deletion request.

Important!

You must have access to the email address associated with your account to complete the deletion process
For privacy an security reasons, our Customer Support team cannot manually delete accounts on your behalf
Account deletion can only be completed by the user by following the steps above
If you no longer have access to your email (e.g., temporary email, deleted address), we will not be able to assist you with account deletion

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data including posts, characters, personas, and profile information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
