I'm not receiving my verification code (OTP)!

If you're not receiving your code, try the following:

Check your spam/junk and promotions folders
Make sure your inbox is not full
Confirm that emails from [support@janitorai.com]() are not blocked or filtered
Wait a few minutes and try again, as delivery may be delayed
Try again using a different browser or device
Ensure you are checking the correct email address linked to your account

Our customer support is unable to manually deliver new verification codes, as the process is fully automated.
