How do I change my email or password?
You can update your email address or password at any time through your account settings.
Accessing your security settings
- Go to Settings
- Open the Security tab
On this page, you can manage your sign-in methods and account security options.
Managing Sign-in methods
You can connect multiple sign-in methods to your account, including:
- Email (standard email + password)
- Apple
- Discord
- X (formerly Twitter)
You can also disconnect any sign-in method at any time from this page.
How to change your email
- Go to the Sign-in & Account safety section
- Click on "Update Email"
- Enter your new email address
To complete the change:
- You must confirm the request from both email addresses:
- Your current email
- Your new email
- Check both inboxes and click on the confirmation links provided
How to change your password
- Go to the Sign-in & Account safety section
- Enter your new password
- Re-enter it to confirm
You will then:
- Receive a one-time verification code (OTP) via email
- Copy-paste it on the site to confirm your new password
Managing active sessions
From the Security page, you can also manage your active sessions:
- Sign out of all sessions (you will need to log in again everywhere)
- Sign out of all other sessions except your current one
This is useful if you want to secure your account or log out from other devices you no longer have access to.
Important information
For security and privacy reasons, our Customer Support team cannot:
- Change your email or password for you
- Connect or disconnect sign-in methods on your behalf
- Manually sign out of sessions
These actions can only be performed by you through your Settings.
If you no longer have access to:
- Your email address, or
- Your login methods
We will not be able to assist in recovering or modifying your account.
